    INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY STATEMENT

    Ronchess Global Resources Plc. is an internationally affiliated Nigerian company with its core competencies and specialty in the supply and installation of world class road traffic management solutions and traffic control devices; we also offer excellent services in construction of commercial and municipal building, road & civil works, modern bus shelters, and view fence; as well as services in the procurement of materials and heavy-duty equipment & machinery for our client in a manner that prevents ill-health to the environment, ensure the provision of safe and healthy work conditions for all workers and promote customer satisfaction.

    We are passionate about excellent service delivery to our customers, the environment we operate and how our activities influence and impact the environment as well as the safety of all workers, as such, we are committed to executing our activities in an environmentally friendly manner to protect the environment, reduce the emission and release of pollutant into the environment, implement controls to eliminate hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks.

    To achieve this, objectives shall be set at all functional levels within the organization and regularly reviewed and monitored at planned intervals. We shall also identify and monitor all applicable compliance obligation as it relates to our activities and are committed to fulfilling them.

    Top Management do not condone activities that has the potential to cause harm to the environment and workers, we are invested to ensuring the continual improvement of the integrated management system and enhancement of its performance by consulting and ensuring the participation of workers at relevant functions and obtaining feedback from our customers.

    In line with our IMS policy, objectives have been established to monitor the performance of the Integrated Management System. IMS objectives along with the plans to achieve them are stated below.

    1. Achieve 100% compliance with applicable regulatory requirement by the end of fourth quarter, 2024.
    2. Achieve zero occurrence of environmental incident quarterly.
    3. Improve the performance of the EMS & OHS continually by implementing at least 30% of action items from improvement opportunities.
    4. Reduction in paper usage by at least 50% by the end of December 2023
    5. To ensure and achieve waste segregation from source.
    6. Achieve 100% worker awareness on environmental & OHS policies and procedures upon resumption of duty.
    7. Provision of suitable and adequate personal protective equipment to all workers.
    8. Achieve at least 75% customer satisfaction rating annually.
